Tomorrow I will be going to my second (and last) winterlicious dinner at Trevor Kitchen (http://www.trevorkitchenandbar.com/menus/winterlicious.pdf). Trevor is one of my favourite restaurants in Toronto, and usually they have a fairly small menu but an entire session devoted to fois gras, and I don't now if I ever mentioned but I LOVE fois gras. I acknowledge that my dinner will be on the heavy side, so I am prepared to eat only half of the dessert and half of the appetizer but a full main course. In addition to that, I will be doing a 60 minute extreme metabolic conditioning (XMC) class before the 9:30PM dinner. The goal of the XMC class is to kick-start the metabolism to enhance weight loss and weight maintenance, as well as cardiovascular enhancement and muscular strength over time. Sounds like a lot of work but I will be definitely up to the challenge. Today I did do 20 minutes of circuit training. Let's see if I'll be able to skate tomorrow during my lunch break.
My breakfast somehow was very filling as I just felt hungry around 11AM. I had pineapple with plain fat free yogurt and all bran buds, a tomato, cucumber, and macedonian feta salad, a brazil nut, and coffee with milk.
My snacks were the already mentioned skinny vanilla bean latte, and a DanActive with all bran buds.

For lunch, I had chicken tikka and red and black quinoa.

For dinner I had a small bowl of cream of asparagus with a drizzle of truffle oil.
I am about to going to bed and I am still hungry. I hope I will be able to survive the night. Wish me good luck!
Cheers,
Fernanda
