It Is Performance Review Time

Progress is being made. I am finally starting to enter in my size 2 clothes that did not fit me for over a year. My little black dress fits me like a glove again. I am very happy and excited!

Now that I have learnt how to take care of myself, eat properly and get into an exercise routine, it is time to start focusing on the root causes of this journey. Next step? It is performance review time.

Breakfast: An egg, strawberries with danactive, a tiny square of cake, a Brazil nut, and coffee with milk



Snack: A banana and a Simply Bar

Lunch: Spicy shrimp coconut soup

Dinner: Just water. Lost my appetite
