I had for breakfast a small salad with yellow and red peppers, mix greens, and fresh mozzarella, an egg, a brazil nut, and coffee with milk.
For lunch I had leftovers of the "turkey from Thanksgiving", green beans tossed with bacon, and a mixed green salad.
I had dinner at my friend's place and had thai soup with shrimp, farfale (1/2 of the portion you will see on the photo), and japanese apple and strawberries for dessert. Oh, I also had a glass of wine.
I snaked the entire day. DanActive, seaweed, chamomile tea with two tiny shortbread cookies, and trail mix.
