I was too lazy today so I ended up getting some take out food at the local Panera Bread. I had 1/2 of a grilled chicken ceasar salad and a cup of chicken noodle soup.
I snaked on cucumber with hummus, a DanActive, and half of an apple.
My favourite part of the dinner was the daal. Very tasty and simple to make. In addition I had some pork, some chicken, and some Armenian eggplant salad. Let's not forget about a glass of white wine. I almost forgot about the chilli chocolate cake!
Aftermath of 01/20/2013:
1255 calories (almost half only on dinner)
0 minutes of exercise
6.5 hours of sleep
5 glasses of water
