Time is flying lately. I hope I will be able to slow down during this long weekend and get back to my excellent habits (eating well, sleeping more and exercising).
I think I should get bonus points for staying in bed today until 11AM. It may be easy for some people, but for type A personalities like mine is a torture to see time going by without accomplishing anything, I spent some time convincing myself that spending time in bed doing almost nothing was an accomplishment on its own. I was able to have a full breakfast before going to the theatre to see Zero Dark Thirty. What a great movie! The best movie I saw in the last 6 months or so. Tonight we went to a Korean BBQ Restaurant called Sariwon. The ZuMullLuk was my favorite. The meats were generally good but I was not sold on the side dishes. I don't think I would go back in there. I would rather try other places.
Breakfast: Half of a lahmajun, an omelet, cucumber, tomato, and feta cheese salad. A brazil nut, watermelon, and coffee with milk
Lunch: Spinach with chicken salad, green beans with mushrooms
Dinner: ZuMullLuk, YangYumKalBi, and HaeMoolChunGol
