Skating Therapy & Pho Mi 99

I was happily dragged into the skating arena today. I DANCED on the ice for half an hour nonstop. It was liberating and relaxing. I will need plenty of sessions during the next few months. In fact I wish I could spend copious amounts of time on the ice until I can come back to my normal self.

Breakfast: Fruit, all bran buds, danactive. Coffee with milk, and a boiled egg



Lunch: Cream of asparagus

Snack: Ricotta cheese cake with camomile tea


Dinner: Rice noodles, grilled chicken, and Vietnamese spring Rolls from Pho Mi 99(my fav Vietnamese restaurant in Mississauga)!
