I spent some time trying to pinpoint why I did not feel hungry today but I could not find a good reason to "blame". My best guess was the all bran buds, but who knows?
I had a pretty healthy late breakfast. Raspberries and blackberries with plain yogurt and all bran buds. Yellow pepper and hummus, a brazil nut and coffee with milk.
Snacking was also very healthy. DanActive late in the morning, more all bran buds throughout the afternoon, and cucumber with humus in the early evening.
My lunch (believe it or not) was a cereal bar. 160 calories, 16g of protein, 4g of fibre, and 3 g of sugar.
My dinner was very light, extensive, and delicious. I had half of a mung bean cake, a spoon of fried baby crab in a spicy sauce, a spoon of black beans in soy sauce, and pickled radishes. I also had some cucumber sesame salad and Brussels sprouts. La pièce de résistance was a miso broth with shitake mushrooms, julienne carrots, and shrimp dumplings. The night ended with a melting chocolate cake with chillies. All paired with Riesling wine. So gooood! I love sharing meals with my friends. Worth the effort of putting all together.
