Skating Again..

After indulging in some great food during the weekend, I had to get back to REALITY. I tried to have more protein in the first two meals of the day and have a "carb" based meal in the evening. So bad I am going to bed hungry but I am too sleepy to fix anything for me to eat.

I had a healthy but heavy breakfast today. A large omelet with fresh spanish cheese, a kiwi, strawberries with a danActive and all bran buds, a Brazil nut, and coffee with milk.


For lunch I had pork with parsnip puree, red pepper with macedonian feta cheese.

I had some all bran buds as snack, danactives, and a skinny latte. I just hope that my latte will mess up with my sleep.


My dinner? The Simply Bar


The aftermath for the day:

6.5 hours of sleep
3 glasses of water
3min of circuit training + 1h of ice skating

It feels good to be back to the ice. I think I should push myself to train at least 4 times this week. Let's see f it can be done!
